-   -   You can offer 1 item, multiple items, or items and cash to trade up for items with higher values than yours.  You can also ask another user questions.

5.  Receive Offers

-   -   You can accept an offer, reject it, or make a counter-offer! 

6.  Complete a Trade

-   -   Trading is FREE! Once an offer is accepted, you can trade on your own or use our optional ESCROW SYSTEM, which provides security when not trading in-person (for example, by shipping your items). 

7.  ESCROW (optional)

-   -   Our optional escrow system serves as insurance when trading and guarantees that you either get the other user's item or get paid for your item. 

-    -  If both sides of a trade want security, each user will start the trade with a temporary "purchase" of the other user's item.  This payment will be "frozen" in an escrow account.  The amount placed in escrow is determined by the users.  You are advised to ship your item with a trackable method.

-   -   If both users confirm receipt of the other user's item (within the "my trades" section of their profile), then each user gets back the money they placed in escrow, and the trade is complete.

-   -   If only one user receives an item and the other does not, then the user who never received an item in return gets the other user's money from escrow, and also gets back their own escrow payment.  The trade basically becomes a sale.

       -   -   EXAMPLE:  Users A & B agree to a trade and agree to use escrow.  Both items have values of $50, so both users place $50  in escrow.  User A ships their item to User B, and User B receives it.  User  A then gets their escrow payment returned. However, User A never receives User B's item (for example, User B never sent it), and User B is unable to provide a tracking number - in that case, User B's escrow payment is released to User A in exchange for the item that User A sent to User B.  The result is that User B purchased the item from User A, and no party loses out in the deal (User B got User A's item, and User A got paid for it)

-   -   If you choose to use the Escrow feature, there is a small fee charged against the amount of money you placed in escrow.  The fee schedule can be found at the bottom of the page

The Direct buy process will be similar to the Swap item process.  If you buy a product directly (rather than trade), you simply choose the product(s), enter the purchase price in the "cash" field, and then click on the "Propose" button.

There are differrent positions to add banner or text link advertisement. Each position will charge an amount of money. The pages below show the differrent advertisement positions, the name of position also tell shows its: ID, Price, page display, section and position.
For example, the package named: FD00002---$50---Home page--Content--Block2, this means:
- Package ID: FD00002
- Price: $50.
- Page display: Home page.
- Section: Content section
- Position: Block1

What are tags used for?
When performing a search, entering tags – or keywords – lets you view all items which also contain the same tag. 

For example, if you are a CareToTrade user, where you post an item to advertise and look for items to exchange—such as the items you list, using search tags can set your items apart from others with more general content. So if you post a house, you could use tags like "house", "building" and "real estate" to increase your visibility in search results.

Members must use tags that are relevant to the content they post or the products they sell. Inappropriate words or terms that amount to keyword spam are not permitted and are subject to removal.

How to search by tags?
In the search box, enter tag's content and click the search button.  The system will collect matched items and display them in search result. You can also click on tag name of a product when you view the product detail, you will see all products included in the tag.

How to post item with tags?
Tags show up on My product pages which are displayed when you click Post ads on the navigation bar or create product in your store. You can create your tags as you set up each feature. Number of tags and tag length are not limitted, tags are separated by space character.

Brief Description

Our optional escrow system serves as insurance that you either get your trade or get paid.  If used, the trade starts as a purchase, with the payment "frozen" in an escrow account.  If both users confirm that they received the other person's trade, then the money is returned to them.  If one user sends their item and other does not, the user who did send their item receives the other user's escrow payment and also gets their own escrow payment back; the trade essentially becomes a sale.

**NOTE:  Be sure to ship your item with a trackable method to prove that it was sent and delivered!  Without proof of shipment, and if the other user does not receive your item, you may lose your escrow payment.

Details

CareToTrade.com provides users with escrow payment options to help projects get completed smoothly. Members can set aside a specific amount of money into an escrow account on CareToTrade.com. Both users can then view the payment in the escrow account, but only the Owner can transfer the money from the escrow account to the other Member.

If the project gets completed, the escrow money will be returned to the owner who makes the escrow. If the project is cancelled amicably, the Service Provider can cancel the escrow payment and the money will return to the Service Buyer's account. If there are any disputes over a project, CareToTrade.com staff must be contacted before any money can be moved from the escrow account.
CareToTrade.com encourages its users to send and receive money with the escrow system because it's a great way to make sure everyone gets what they want from a project.
To manage your escrow payments, login to your account. The escrow menu is underneath the project list.

If you have money in your CARETOTRADE account, you can withdraw it using any of the methods available.
Follow these steps to withdraw money:

1. Login to your CARETOTRADE account
2. Choose Payment transactions in the left menu
3. Click on Withdraw money
4. Fill in the details of the withdrawal which should be specific to the method you prefer
5. Check details and submit the withdrawal request

You'll receive the notification of the submitted request by email . You can see withdrawal requests on Payment transactions page with status Pending.
Do not submit more than one request. We will cancel requests if you don't have enough money in your CARETOTRADE account.
If you need to change any details of a withdrawal, contact us.

From the navigation bar, click on Advertisement link, the register advertise form will be displayed for customer to fill data.

Step 1: input personal information
If you have not logged in or don't have any account on our website, you must input your personal information into these fields: Fullname, Birthday (in 'dd/mm/yyyy' format), Email, Phone, Address. If you have logged in, your personal information was stored in our website's database so you will not be required to input.

Step 2: Choose advertisement type

1. Banner: if you want to post your advertise banner, please choose the banner type then select page. All banner size can be posted to the select page will be loaded in Select size field below then choose one size. Price will be calculated and displayed automatically.
   After select advertise type, you will upload image, flash, video or script. Choose one of the four options and then input data. The default option is Upload image, when an option is chosen its input box will be enabled for user to input data.

2. Text links: When you choose text links advertisement, the Upload image, Update Flash, Update Video and Update script fields will disappear. Then you will select page to display your text link advertisement. Price will be calculated and displayed automatically.

3. Email advertising: choose this option to display your advertisement in email which will be sent to all member of website. You can select position in email and then select size of your banner.Price will be calculated and displayed automatically.

Step 3: Enter data to remaining fields and submit.
Enter data to Description, Url, Security code fields and then click the submit button to register the advertisement or click Reset button to clear all fields.

Step 4: Payment

After input all required data, clicking submit button will redirect you to a security online payment system likes Paypal where you can pay for your advertisement on our website. After receive payment, your advertisement will be active to be advertised as you have registerred before.

Each user has an account to perform transactions in our website.  The user can deposit money to this account via a security payment system like Paypal. After receiving money, the website administrator will update the balance of your account in our website. You can also withdraw, escrow or transfer money to other's account by going to "My payment" page. By viewing lists from this page, you can monitor your payment amounts easily.

Brief Description

Register for free and then login.  Then choose "post ads."  Each category has free options to post ads, and real estate ads have a small fee.  There are no other charges unless you choose to insure your trade with the optional escrow system.  People can make you offers, or you can offer your item to others - on each ad, there is an option to make an offer.  You can make offers, reject them, or make counter-offers.  You can offer multiple items or cash differences for items with values higher than yours.

Details

You will perform swapping step by step. When a step is finished, the next step will be enabled.
Step 1: Post items to Ads list
The only requirement to start swapping is that you have items listed on My Ads. If you don't have any items listed the other swapper won't be able to select items from your store to swap with.

By posting more ads you are letting other swappers know what type of items you are looking for. The more ads you have posted and Items you have listed - the better chance you have of swapping with other users.

Step 2: Find the item you want
Enter keyword of item you want, choose its category and click Filter button. Choose item you want and view its detail.  Click on "Make an offer" button then you will be navigated to the Swap item form.

Step 3: Negotiation
In the Swap item form, click on "List more items" link to choose product you want to swap and then click "Add to basket" button, all of selected items will be on your screen. Drag each selected item and drop it in one of the sheets to be ready to swap. Do the same with other items. You can also input necessary cash amount.  Once you have proposed a swap, the Swap Negotiation process begins when an email is sent to the owner of the item/service notifying them of your proposal. After the proposal has been reviewed, you will be notified of the owner's intent to accept, counter-offer or reject.
- "Accept this swap": when you are the person who makes the offer, you will already accept the negotiation and wait for the owner to accept your offer. The owner will receive a Swap Offer Notification email. If he/she accepts, you will receive a Swap Offer Accepted email. By click on the Transaction ID included in the email, you will open the transaction and continue the next step which is Escrow money.
- "Counter offer": after offering and receiving Swap Offer Notification email, both you and the owner can click 
"Counter-offer" button to make another selection for the current transaction. You can negotiate until the transaction is accepted.
- "Cancel": you can cancel the transaction in case there is no answer from the owner. The owner can also cancel the transaction when he/she does not accept your offer. When "Cancel" button is clicked, there will be a confirm message to ask if you really want to cancel, if you click "OK, you will cancel the transaction. When both of you agreed, no one can cancel the transaction except the website administrator.  In this case you can contact the website administrator to change the transaction status.
The Swap Negotiation process continues until an offer has been rejected or accepted and payment has been confirmed.

Step 4: Escrow money
When you want another person to carry out swapping and move the item/money to required person, you must escrow the amount of money. If the negotiators agree and after the items have been received, he/she confirms the transaction is completed, this money amount will be returned to your account. The user's money account and payment will be explained in the Money account and payment section. The escrow money process will be as follow:
When your offer is accepted, you will receive a Swap Offer Accepted email. By the transaction ID in the email, you open the transaction and perform escrow by clicking Escrow link at the left of the Transaction status table. A form where you can transfer money to an escrow account will be displayed, from here, you choose transaction ID, select payment method and input escrow amount then click Next button to confirm escrow. If there is nothing need to be changed, click Escrow button, if need to change something, click Back button. When Escrow button is clicked, balance of your account will be subtracted and the subtracted amount will be transfer to Escrow account which is managed by website administrator. Until the transaction is confirmed as completed, the escrow amount will be returned to your account.
Through the negotiation, partners can send message to each other via our messaging system. The address characters (such as: @, com...) will be hidden so that the receiver can not read. Please don't input the address characters.

Step 5: Complete and feedback
Both of you can confirm the transaction completed after accepting escrow of the partner, then send feedback by evaluate the partner and send message to him/her.

Swap Process Steps:

   1. Post Items for Trade or Sale
   2. Find an item you are interested in swapping
   4. Click on the “Make an offer” button to initiate a swap
   5. Fill out the Swap Item form.
   6. The other swapper will receive your invitation to swap and decide if they wish to swap with you.  They can counter-offer or reject.
   7. You will receive emails letting you know if the swapper selected items from your store to swap

Another way to post an item is to create the product in the store.

Step 1:  create your own tradezone
In order to create your own tradezone, please sign in with your pre-created account. After signing in successfully, click on the "My profile" link on bottom right to view your profile. The member option left menu contains functions that enable you to manage your resources on our website.  Click on Tradezone management, the sub-menus will be dropped down, choose Tradezone info and read the text: "You haven't yet created a tradezone. Please click here to create your own tradezone.." In the main screen, click on the "click here" button. “My tradezone” page will be displayed with fields which allows you to upload image and fill data, then click submit and your tradezone will be created.

Step 2: Create product
You can not create products or add a product from your Ads list into your tradezone. From left menu, click on "Tradezone info" under "View tradezone" sub-menu, there will be a sub-menu dropped down, choose "Create Product" to add a product to tradezone. Choose sub-category for the product and input data to required fields then click "Submit" button. The product will be created and click on "Product in tradezone" link to check the created products.

To post an ad, click on the "Post ads" at the top righ (you must register and/or login first). Then you can choose product type, category and other info  for the product.  You can upload an image and click the "attach" button,and choose "make default" for the image you want to display first. Then choose the package you want: Each package will have a different feature such as display style (Bold, background), live time on our website, number of images, display position, etc.  Finally, check the "I accept the User Agreement and Privacy Policy" check box and click submit. After submitting successfully, the item will be on your advertising list where you can edit or put it into your store to manage easily.
