New all electric fridge, new washer dryer, painted inside, new curtains, new range hood exhaust, new plumbing faucets, installed new floor and tile in bath, rubber roof coating applied new one year ago. Great trailer to live in which I did for about a year while building my home. May need some tires to pull a long way. Back axle breaks disconnected because hung up pulling here. Two other axles with brakes work. Awing covers on slide outs. New window cranks and vents over hvac openings. A/C and heater works good. Carpet one year old. Have love seat, chaise, and rocker recliner that will fit right in if you want it for an additional $1,200. I am using it in the house right now, but it is only one year old and I have receipt.  for $1,500. Will trade for most anything of equal value, just don't need this RV anymore. would trade for boat of equal value. Trade for F-250, Dodge 2500, all 4x4 pickup
