Temperature Control:
Heat is variable from 350°F-440°F. The read light indicated power on and the blue light flashes while heating and is solid when desired temperature is reached.

Grilling surface:
The ribbed plates are coated with titanium infused Quantanium™ to resist scratching and wear. The surfaces are completely food safe, allow for cooking without oils or butter, and are incredibly easy to clean.

Materials:
The grill body is brushed stainless steel. The result is a superbly refined finish and the ultimate in durability and performance.

Adjustable height control:
The top plate can be adjusted to six preset heights. On the higher settings, this unique patented feature reduces the weight on more delicate foods.
